Getting Started #

This section will help you register a free Basic membership. Follow steps 1 and 2 to create your Basic membership. If you like to join the Plus, Business, or Premium membership, you will be directed to the payment page to complete step 1.

Once you have signed up successfully, you can start to use all the free services for the basic membership. Features for paid subscribers are available automatically depending on the membership level.

All your available components will be displayed on the sidebar if you are using the desktop website interface. If you access the website with a smaller display, for example with a phone or tablet, you will need to access the side menu with the dropdown icon.

ExportRim is designed to provide a simplified standard user interface to enable you to focus on building your business. Each component adopts two main layouts, namely a card summary and a form dialog.

Step 1 - Sign up #

Click the Sign Up button in the upper right corner. Enter your email and password, and select a plan. If the username is already being used, the system will request you to try another username. Make sure you remember your username because this is required to confirm your registration and retrieve a forgotten password. Your email address cannot be used to retrieve a forgotten password.

Step 2 - Confirm and sign in #

When your signup credential is accepted, the system will email you a verification link. Check your email to confirm the verification process. Once you have confirmed successfully, you can sign in with your email and password.

Step 3 - Set up company #

The first thing to do is to set up your company profile. Refer to the section Company Profile - Add new company. You can add your catalog items, news blog, and other information whenever you like.
