What Service? #

ExportRim Service Partners offer a broad range of skills, local knowledge, and critical industry connections to grow your export business. Our partners include specialized trade professionals, import/export consultants, customs/logistics providers, local sales representatives, promoters, e-commerce experts, and ad-hoc support personnel, to provide localized services and expertise.

Services available are divided into three groups, namely 1) packaged services, 2) partner services, and 3) managed services. Packaged services and partner services are available to all membership levels. Managed services are reserved for premium members only.

Packaged Services #

These are standard services designed for specific export-related development and management tasks. All services are provided by vetted ExportRim partners and coordinated by ExportRim staff. Most packages are available in the country of service. Some packages grouped under ‘other country’ are available in multiple countries.

Partner Services #

These services are offered by partners directly to assist exporters in the local market. Your business can hire dedicated specialists for highly specific export needs, local sales representatives, or operation assistants for your specific long and short-term requirements. ExportRim lists special service partners by clear criteria such as countries, industry, skills, qualifications, and language. You can browse through the partner directory to select the level of expertise to meet your budgetary requirements.

Managed Services #

These services are coordinated by ExportRim. Premium members can complete a service request form for ExportRim to assign dedicated staff to find and recommend package services, and/or service partners to fullfill the service requirements. ExportRim will also help to manage the service providers.
